Impact anchor stainless steel M6 USA

The Upat drop-in anchor USA A4 is the time-saving solution for fastening with screws and threaded rods with metric threads. This internal thread anchor, made of rustproof steel, is particularly suitable for outdoor fastening in concrete and natural stone with a dense structure. It is inserted into the cleaned drill hole and then anchored with the setting tool USA-SWZ by hammer blows particularly quickly and with little effort, flush with the surface. The expansion cone pushes itself into the anchor sleeve and expands it against the drill hole wall. In contrast to many other bolt anchors, no torque needs to be applied to the threaded rod or screw to ensure correct expansion. The drop-in anchor USA A4 is used particularly frequently for overhead installation and for thin concrete for the approved fastening of non-load-bearing systems, such as pipe routes and ventilation ducts.

Function: When the setting tool is driven in, the expansion cone is pressed against the conical anchor sleeve and spreads the impact anchor against the borehole wall. The expansion cone always remains in position so that the anchor remains firmly in place when a screw is screwed in or out.

Installation: The Upat USA drive-in anchor is installed in a pre-installation process. Drill the hole, clean the drill hole. Drive in the drive-in anchor. Drive in the setting tool. Install the component with the screw – done!
