The Upat plasterboard plug UGM is a self-drilling metal plug for fastening in plasterboard and gypsum fibre boards. It is pre-installed flush with the surface, whereby the insertion torque can be adjusted to prevent the plug from being over-tightened. The UGM is suitable for wood, sheet metal and chipboard screws with a diameter of 4 to 5 mm and can accommodate various hooks and eyelets. This allows it to be used in a wide range of applications, such as fastening pictures, lights and electrical installations. For double-planked plasterboard and gypsum fibre boards, pre-drilling with an 8 mm drill bit is required.

Installation: The Upat plasterboard plugs UG/UGM are installed in advance. Pick up the plasterboard plug UG with the setting tool. Screw in the plasterboard plug. Position the attachment. Screw in the screw – done. Screw in the UGM plasterboard plug. Position the attachment. Screw in the screw – done.
