Utilizzo fisso e rotante. Per fori di precisione fino a IT9.
Nota:

La vite di serraggio deve essere cambiata ogni cinque sostituzioni dell’inserto per taglio.
Per l’impiego sicuro della punta è necessario effettuare in precedenza un foro pilota 1,5xD con la punta 231600 con dimensioni e modello di inserto per taglio uguali. L’esecuzione di un foro pilota aumenta la sicurezza dei processi.
Per una concentricità radiale ottimale, serrare nel mandrino idraulico, (ad es. n. art. 302026 Dim. 20).
Per una stabilità ottimale, usare sempre le punte più corte possibile.
Ridurre i valori di avanzamento f del 10 % e i valori vc del 30 %.

- Only use with cooling lubricant emulsion for through-coolant.
- Carry out pilot drilling before use to increase process reliability.
- Use only with cutter insert no. 231630 – 231690, clamping screw no. 231999.
- Tighten clamping screw with torque engraved on drill.
- For work in industrial environments.
- Use only when it is technically in good condition and safe to operate.
