Description:
The fixed-point solution for high loads up to 36 kN
Advantage:
The supports and one-sided struts of the variable fixed point solution allow adaptation to the distance between the pipework and the substrate.
The fixed points consist of components with the same thread sizes and dowel holes, ensuring simple installation using the same tools.
The height adjustment on the base plate allows fine adjustment to adapt to the installed pipework, thus ensuring that the fixed point functions reliably.
The axially and laterally adjustable bracing angles allow the substrate connection to be adapted to the conditions on site and make installation easier.
The fixed point is suitable for holding the FFSC fixed point clamp and FFRC cold anchor point clamp for even more flexibility.
Technical Data:
Galvanised steel blue
Screws and nuts: Strength class 8
Thermal load capacity: -30 °C to +300 °C
Note:
The fischer fixed points are suitable for fixing thermal pipe expansions
and for aligning the expansion in the desired direction.
Application Area:
The heavy-duty fixed points in a compact and variable design prevent unwanted displacements between pipes and structures in hot or cold pipes and are suitable for aligning the thermally induced pipe expansion in the desired direction. The compact FFS-H fixed points reliably transfer the incoming forces directly into the structure and are height-adjustable. The variable FFP-H fixed points allow the suspension height to be adjusted to suit the pipe position and are braced on one or both sides with threaded rods. In addition to the FFPC fixed point clamp, the FFP-HD22 and FFP-HD42 can also accommodate the FFRC cold anchor point. The galvanised version is suitable for installations in buildings.
