Descrizione
Vantaggi:
- Flat and wide base to stabilise the support on the panel.
- Available in rib or in pieces to optimise the structure on any type of layout.
Area di applicazione:
Suitable for installation of photovoltaic systems on trapezoidal metal sheets, in particular:
- Use 4.45 m or 5.50 m SolarMetal P rails for isolated layouts
- Use SolarMetal P pieces for large layouts
Note applicative:
- Choose the most suitable installation between the entire SolarMetal P rail and SolarMetal P rail pieces.
- Determine the centre distance of the fixings according to the pitch of the trapezoidal metal sheet ribs and the snow and wind loads of the system installation area.
- Place a layer of CG INT butyl adhesive tape between the SolarMetal P rail and the trapezoidal metal sheet. Ensure that the butyl adhesive tape is turned so that the aluminium layer covering is on the side where the rail rests.
- In the case of fixing with ALG rivets, position the rail on the trapezoidal metal sheet and drill the rail and sheet together with a 5.5 mm diameter bit.
- When fixing with 6x25 EPDM SolarScrew self-drilling screws, only pre-drill the SolarMetal P rail in the position where the fixing will be performed. Position the already pre-drilled rail on the sheet metal and screw in the self-drilling screw by passing it through the pre-drilled hole in the rail.
